I’m looking for a new commuter/ road bike, and this one seems decent to me for the price ($125). It needs new cables and tubes but otherwise I’m working condition.
Any thoughts on if it’s worth it with a little TLC?

to me it doesn’t look fine, there’s quite a bit of rust in the seatpost, you would need to check if it is stuck and the drivetrain doesn’t look well maintained either, and that’s ignoring how dirty it looks.
150$(which is what you’re going to be spending to get it working) is a little steep imo.
