Hi, today I was scrolling through marketplace and found a cheap trek Roscoe 8. However the more I looked the more it looked off. Components wise they are correct from what I can see however as shown the frame doesent seem to flow like the trek Roscoe8’s does and the drop outs look very strange not like any 2022 roscoe at all. Can someone help?

Probably a 2021 trek roscoe 8, likely be the Gen 2, as it doesn’t have a rear through axle.
They probably bought the 2021 model year in 2022, saying its a 2022 model when, in reality its not
For example: A 2025 Polygon Siskiu T7 is actually a 2020 model year
