Hey folks, are there tires hooped? Right along the bead. The side walls are super thin on these tires, I’m learning, got a used bike and tryna fix it up a bit. My guess is replace but checking. Thanks!

They’re just fine. Their normal. No cuts or tears so they’re good to go.
