If the brakes aren’t rubbing on the rotor, then it could be the bearings not being the best quality.

Probably the disc rubbing on the pads.

That rotor is bent to shit, you can see and hear it rub the pads

When hand turning the rear wheel, check for “hot” spots where the brake caliper is touching the rotor. Maybe your rotor is slightly bent or your bearings a tight/worn. Worn bearing usually gives a grinding feeling and noise.
After touching the rotor by hand clean with IPA from grease. Also check by light touch if you wanna touch it after a short ride, it may be hot from constant light braking.

1. Straighten the rotor
2. Adjust the brakes so they are not rubbing
3. If it doesn’t resolve, service the bearings and make sure the skewer is not over-tightened.
And please stop moving the camera so much in future videos.

Your hub bearings could be too tight
