Hey All,

Always looking to make my set up better, wondering if anyone has any clever products to spilt the rearward-facing triple bosses on the fork so that I can run bottles AND cargo cages with the pictured revelate fork bags.

From what I can tell, the Wolf Tooth B-RAD double bottle adaptor may do the trick, but not positive on clearances. Normally I'm pretty good at finding these solutions myself but haven't been able to nail down the right accessory if it exists.

I also know there's options like the OMM Axle Packs or mounts like the Tailfin Fork Mounts but looking for a simpler/smaller option that mounts to the existing 3-pack bosses on the fork.

Thanks!

  1. I just did some m-wave adapters. But I’m only running double bottles on each side.

I probably would use those B-rads if I was double carrying a load. Like a fork pack and a bottle.

Alternatively, you can get Blackburn Outpost cages and rig a second bottle cage to them.

  2. i picked up some ztto adapters that are cheaper than the wolftooth ones, but i dont think you could do bottle cage + fork cage, maybe just two bottle cages.

does wolftooth say you can do bottle cage+pack mount? are you trying to get rid of your front rack?

  3. I don’t have photos handy but I used a wold b-rad triple base with the double bottle mounts.

It works. There are a ton of little bolts involved.

It’s surprisingly heavy, like 250-300g per side (including bottle cage and and an apidura cargo cage).

I ended up deciding it was too heavy and finnicky and just packed less.

I have been looking at salsa’s fork with double 3 pack mounts because my new bike has a tiny triangle.
