    I’ve done it the past 5 years and raise about $500 each year. I’m on the fence this year because times are tough financially and I’m having to work more just to pay basic fucking bills so less time for cycling. My kiddo started last year and will do it this year and will raise more money anyway.

  2. I’m on year 6 this year…for me, it’s totally worth it. You specify the number of miles you want to try, which means it works for newbies to advanced riders, and you raise as much as you think you can. And if you hit $500, you get a jersey. $2500 and you get a hero’s jersey designed by the kids we ride for.
