Nail polish is probably fine. You could feather the edges of the scratch if you wanted, but in all honesty, it’s not gonna look anything close to perfect anyway. Just clean out the scratch with some light solvent and paint with nail polish. After the nail polish is fully cured, you could sand it level with the surrounding paint and polish until shiny.
