That officer sounds like a cunt. If he's going to arrest you, he shouldn't have put the handcuffs on you unless you were going to attack him. I have heard and seen people fainting and passing out on the police programs because they were put on too tight
My Ex worked for Police Scotland and both her and her colleagues attitude when out of uniform and in pubs was dispicable! They truely believe they above everyone else and do not have to follow the law like evryone else! They love the money and the fact they a free to pick a spoil and ruin your day!
