I was riding on my Aeroad CF SLX 7 normally, suddenly i hear some weird noises and i find my detatched crankset to be hanging from my foot.
I have recieved my bike one month ago.
This looks like an error from the factory.
‼️Can canyon repair this and do they charge any money for it?‼️

Contact Canyon and send them your pictures. This should clearly fall under warranty and they will most likely tell you to bring to a LBS and will pay for repairs.
