Man, its not easy getting stainless steel to rust like that. Probably not a problem but I’d still sand all that rust off. But mine have never rusted.

In my experience tektro brakes brand new and fitted perfectly are a problem.

imean there’s a 99% chance your disk rotor will hold just fine with 5 bolts, the question is if you wanna risk that 1% chance when going down a steep hill.
they’re not expensive or anything, and i feel like if you unbolt the rotor completely there will be enough of the screw sticking out to screw it out with pliers, so replace it when you can. your local bike shop will sell you a rotor bolt for a 1€
