Would anyone be able to shed a bit more light on these two? Is there much of a difference between the AL and carbon? I'm not too familiar with the older CAADs and SS. What would you pick?

Forgot to add, the SS is listed for 50$ less than the CAAD and has ultegra components.
Im leaning towards the CAAD just for the aluminum frame compared to 12 year old carbon i dont know the history of and dura-ace components.
