How do I stop my spokes hitting the shifter chain when rolling folded?

I have the 4 wheeled carrier thing. I like it cause I can just push it around easily. But something that bothers me a lot is that the front wheel often touches the ground if it’s a bit uneven causing it to roll. And then the spokes of the front wheel keep catching on the shifter chain. I can’t figure out how to stop it from happening.
