Is this a decent used ebike? Like is it worth it getting a used one?

I have been looking for at getting an ebike for a while and I feel like I am going round in circles in marketplace. Ngl I am not well versed in ebikes. Would this be a good buy or would I be better off looking at something else? If anyone has any pointers to buying second hand please hmu.
