Hey hopefully this finds the right audience. But am I okay to add spacers under the stem like a 10mm or two? The person I bought it from had it slammed but I want to be a bit more upright. It being carbon makes it harder to add spacers? any recs?

Basically no. If you need it more upright, switch stems.
i don’t think you can bc there’s no room for it but maybe you could try a raised stem or something like the redshift top shelf bar? idk if those are usable on carbon forks though
Just flip stem upside down.
The small spacer on top of the stem can be moved to under the stem. Otherwise, no. You’ll have to flip the stem up-side-down to get the bars up.
