Looks to be in good shape. Little rust coloring on chain and gear set (tiagra).Owner claims it was a back up bike that was only ridden a few times. 5-6 years old.

FYI It’s a 2009 model, so more like 15-16 years old. If it’s in good condition and well cared for (rust on chain is a red flag IMHO), then $250-350 might be a fair price for it. Make sure it fits you.
Ask the year of the bike the price isn’t bad but it isn’t great for a used bike. Just double check its original price for the year of bike an then have a look at it an make the call try an get them down to like 350 if it looks clean
