I saw a listing for a Scott Addict RC in the right size for me and what looks to be in good condition except for a small crack in the underside of the downtube. If I bought it I would get it repaired in a shop but still unsure if it's worth it even at a good price

No chance.

You can’t assume damage is repairable until it is looked at by a professional, that’s a big assumption that could easily be wrong.
Don’t know what a ‘good price’ is but this is the sort of thing I would only pay as if it was just the parts, like essentially ignore the make/model of the bike and the frame and go just on things like what groupset it has, what brakes, what finishing kit etc, as if they were all being sold used in a package
Repairing carbon is very expensive, so I don’t think it would be cheaper than buying a bike without carbon damage.
No way.
absolutely not
It really depends, if I wanted the parts for sure, the frame would potentially be a no go.
Overall depends what they want for it but if you’re going to go the repair route, make sure someone reputable quotes on it first.
