The reach of these Dia Compe levers is too far for my hands and super uncomfortable. The hoods have disintegrated anyway, so I need to refresh those anyway.
I see Tektro RL340 levers recommended quite a bit. I’ve also looked at some shimanos on eBay. Anyone with small hands got a good rec?

Before buying new levers, I’d recommend moving your current levers farther down the drops. They’re really high up right now, and that’s likely causing your reach problem. If that solves the problem, it would open up a lot more options if you still want to replace them.
I’m realizing these older bars are meant to be ridden in the drops, rather than on the hoods. When I rotate the bars down and the levers are nearly vertical, the reach isn’t passable.
So, new question: anyone have recommendations for modern bars to swap in that will imitate the vintage look but be setup for riding the hoods?
Some modern levers have a reach adjustment screw. I’ve made and glued wedges in place to reduce reach.
Good luck!
