Pretty sure it’s in backwards. Did you install it or have a shop do it? I could be wrong but it looks off.
The v brake post mounts go in the front. Yes this looks correct based on that.
It’s just a reverse bridge. Brake is on left side where it should be. All good.

Looks correct, but it’s the least of your worries with that fork.
It’s just a fork with the arch on the back rather than the front. Look at Manitou forks, they’re all like this. Looks a bit weird if you haven’t seen it before.
Almost fooled me, but looks correct. Not often do you see the bridge behind the stanchions..
