    Yes, just a little. You don’t buy shoes that way, don’t do it for bikes. Look for a frame in your size and then you can swap the parts over. Do you live somewhere that bikes are hard to come by?

  2. It’s in beautiful shape. Unfortunate that it’s a bit too big. A 650b conversion can bring it down a few mm if that’s all it is.

    Nice campy group, and I love the Bianchi specific crank and chainstay strike plate.

    I’d want to adjust the lever placement down, the saddle pointing up and to straighten out the angle of that front brake cable going into the caliper. Otherwise that thing looks fun to ride!

    If you’re going to ride it with the seat post at that level, swap it with a non-fluted one, it’s going to funnel water into the seat tube and eventually corrode the post in place
