I don’t think there is such a thing. If there is it’s probably missing many campsites that don’t participate. Google/Google Maps and your phone usually works well and with almost every campsite. The more touristy ones often have their own website to book.

Ive never had to book a campsite while on my bike. Just show up and you get a place.

Google maps for bigger sites, campspace.com is good for small private ”campsites” basically run by farmers and other land owners on their backyard and 1nitetent.com is like couchsurfing but with camping in peoples home gardens. I’ve used these in germany/netherlands/belgium.
