This is on a Saris Infrastructure bike repair station. It has 4 sides, but the sides are rounded / radiused. The corners are thick. Is this some type of square wave security bolt? I looked in security driver sets and I didn't see anything similar. I need to get the top of the station off to fix the air hose which disconnected.

Maybe contact your municipality first? They probably have a maintenance contract for that and even though doing it yourself would be faster it appears to be a security bolt indeed. But yeah I’ve never seen it either.
