Bike Gurus

I purchased a second hand Capra with flight attendant few months ago. At the beginning I was stoked how good the flight attendant made the Capra feel on the easier trails and climbing to the top.

This love didnt last to long tho. Few charges after i noticed that every time i removed the batteries it was harder to get the fork module to turn on and work and now it doesn’t turn on whatever i do.

All batteries are charge. I tried to reset the asx system but nothing even happen with i press the asx bottom on the fork module.

I can hear the shock selenoid move whenever i conect a battery to the shock but nothing happen with the fork.

I decided yesterday to remove the fork module to maybe give a clean with contact cleaner and I notice it was full of oil is that normal? Or an internal seal on the damper just blew off?

How screwed am I? 😆

There should not be oil in that upper top cap chamber. Oil has somehow migrated out of the IFP and through the compression adjuster driveshaft. The top cap is not even considered serviceable so I’d suspect that Charger damper and the Flight Attendant module have serious issues at this point.
