  1. As someone who struggles to make 120 and was a 112 in high school I’m use to sparring heavyweights and every I spare is bigger than me but 8 times out of 10 I’m way better and faster I would always go for the open weightclass at ikf kickboxing events and still dawg walk big dudes

  2. Omg people are so lame, weight bully? Like anyone can just loose 35 lbs and fight? There is a reason why fighters dont have a problem with this and only loser fans who have never fought do. You have to be crazy tough to loose all that weight and compete the next day

  4. There should be a rule that whatever weight you compete in, you can't rehydrate to a weight higher than the next higher division. If you compete at 145, you should not be weighing more than 155 at fight night. For example, if you weigh 158 on fight night, there's no reason you shouldn't just be competing at 155.
