(it is my small finger as a size reference). I just realised on a bike trip, that my back tyre has a small defect/hole, but i didnt get a flat tyre and since I noticed the defect i had to ride home another 180km and didnt get a flat tyre either. So I am wondering if I should buy a new tyre or if its not a big problem and i should just chill out since it is not deep enough yet to affect the tube. And is the tyre in general in a good condition or does it need to be changed anyway? Thanks for your help in advance! Just for your information I sadly dont know how many kilometers i used the tyres.(maybe 2000-3000km)

I would change it.
Yes. Replace this tire.
You could “boot” it
Your third photo appears to show there is something embedded under the tread at this hole (can’t believe you didn’t feel it while riding). Either change the tire (tyre) or use a the sharp point of a knife to probe carefully in this hole and remove the debris, add some superglue, deflate the tire, let the glue set, and re-inflate. You are taking a chance tiny debris is still under the tread and could work its way into the tube. Good luck!
