Much as i can imagine the pain and regret after the slam nothing will stop me admiring you doing what feels good at 40. Despite all the day to day bs you probably have round your neck you’re still out there shredding. Im closing in on 50 and really need to go ride for a bit. Hope you weren’t winded for long and you nailed it next try.
