I’ve heard different folks refer to it both ways. What do you call it, and why? To you, what differentiates the two?
My interpretation is that a scrub is essentially the same motion as a whip, but while staying as low as possible, whereas a whip is more about the show of skill/style.

Similar moments, but the best srubs also turn the bike sideways. Finn Iles’ how to scrub video is really informative on this.
A proper whip should start as the same as a scrub- through the handlebars. Timing and pop are different but the motion is the same
Sweet whip, that bike is gonna be a sought after by collectors at some point. YT not putting the Jeffsy MX into regular production is such an own goal, especially after paying for the design costs.
