Maybe let it soak with soap water or something? Or one of those grabber arm things. (You know what I mean)
Take your cranks, and bb off, then blast air up the seat post
Maybe you or someone you know has one of those really long Beton drill, you could turn it in the newspaper with the hands and pull it out
A garden hose stuck in the seat tube with the frame upside down should only take a minute or two and won’t damage anything
Shop vac
Straighten a coat hanger. Bend a little hook in the end of it. Push the hook all the way down past the edge of the mass of paper until it hits the bottom bracket. Pull up slowly.
how did the newspaper get in there?
