Of those bikes, I’d probably go with the Trek. It’s 1x drivetrain, has a dropper post, hydraulic brakes, and a tapered headtube if you ever wanted to upgrade the fork.
The polygon doesn’t appear come with a dropper post and it’s 2x.
The Vitus looks like it was set up as a dirt jumper, only has a rear brake, single speed. Probably thrashed.
The Kona doesn’t have a dropper (probably my 2nd choice).
I’d take the Roscoe 7 it’s a great bike.
