I’ve been wanting to get a new bike, and managed to haggle this down from 700 to 550. Owner claims it’s about 10 years old, and that it has about 3K KM on it. Tires have been changed and bar tape. It’s a 57cm bike, and I’m about 5’10.
For reference, I don’t know a ton about bikes and would love any and all help.

I think it’s overpriced. That’s about what the bike cost new, 10 years ago. It doesn’t look like it’s been that well cared for. For that amount of money you can do better.
