Hi, I've decided to buy an endurance bike for long rides, cyclosportives, and maybe (if I feel like it) bikepacking, but I'm having a hard time choosing.
I have a budget of around €1,000-1,500 and, given how I'll be using it, I'd like hydraulic disc brakes (easier to maintain than mechanical discs from what I've read, and better suited to long distances), a comfortable bike, and at least Tiagra or equivalent components.
There are a few options that seem equivalent in terms of new bikes, such as the Canyon Endurace Allroad (1000€, my favorite at the moment given the very good reviews and value for money), Cube Attain Race (€1,350), Rose Blend (€1,300), Van Rysel NCR AF (€1,250), etc.
In terms of refurbished/used bikes, I found this 2020 Cube Attain GTC (€1,550, my second favorite because of its carbon frame and Ultegra), this 2021 Cube Attain GTC Race (1200 €, carbon frame with Shimano 105) or this 2023 Trek Domane AL4 (€1,050).
Which option do you find most interesting, and are there any other bikes you would recommend for my use?
Thank you in advance!

The Canyon is very hard to beat for the money, albeit with two major downsides. 1) Having to deal with Canyon customer service if anything goes wrong, and 2) limited availability and potentially long waiting lists.
I would go with Rose blend, primarily becouse i think it is the best looking one.
The frame just looks more premium without the visible welds and cables.
not canyon again, I’d pay the extra to stay th away from it
Specialized Allez 2026 base model. Same parts group as the Canyon Endurace all road, but standard sized headset and stem. $1499 in the states.
