Yeah, it's too cheap. But the cheapest Thule around me is $299 and only has two chassis traps would would let the bike flail around like crazy.
Any opinions on this impossibly cheap rack?

I am not familiar with that particular rack but I paid something slightly less than the $299 comp (in CAD) for a Sportrack a few years back. The Sportrack has a similar design to the Vevor. It’s been very reliable, but I’d be hesitant to go much cheaper than that price tier, personally. That said, I don’t use it a ton. Probably just a couple of weekends a month during riding season. But it’s done extended highway trips on several occasions with no issues.
It’s not my bike, go for it. Worst case the metal folds and it falls off on the highway, your bikes go on an adventure without you
The hoops and tie-down bars look made of impossibly small diameter metal rod. Fyi I had a similar (but bulkier) rack and my bike went flying at 50mph because I hadn’t tightened it enough. 1/5 do not recommend.
