Scored a Trek 930 at a Fleamarket for 50€, not cared for, but not used either. Finally a decent Bike for my GF and an Opportunity to put those RX100 Brifters i got for free a long time ago to use.
The drivetrain isn't worn out and otherwise it just took some Grease, Tires & and Brakepads. Plus the Handlebar conversion duh.
I like the Combination of this super nicely lugged True Temper OX Frame and affordable Altus/Exage Components.

Cool drop-bar build! Today I just picked up an identical bike on FB Marketplace… 1993 Trek 930 in Electric Plum. I can’t wait to build it up!
