Hi, I replaced my rear brake hose with a new one and moved the old rear to the front. At the caliper everything fits, but at both levers the bolt feels too tight already at max torque and I’m not getting any brake pressure. I used new Stealth Mags with the small screw.
Could this be due to the thread not seating fully or not enough DOT fluid? Should I risk tightening beyond the recommended torque?

Seems to be in far enough. The only way to find out for sure is to keep an eye on it to check for leaks.
Did you already bleed the system with new brake fluid following Srams bleeding methode?
