In the middle of Red Oklahoma is a three day cycling/bing drinking festival. It’s apparently a very challenging course. Not sure how much attention it receives in the outside world but it’s a lot of fun if you’re interested.

I mean, it’s one of the most well known crits in the country. Most anyone who races bikes probably has at least heard of it.
I’ve never heard of it but am interested. I lived in T-town for 25 years. I’ll look it up. Thanks.
I travel all over the world and always visit bike shops. I’d say 90% of the time when I mention Tulsa people always say either they’ve been to Tulsa Tough and loved it or that it’s a bucket list event for them.
I think you have to take a loyalty test to be eligible.
Its one of the last survivors on the domestic racing calendar.
In the 90s and 00s we had all these American UCI continental teams and a big domestic calendar with multiple big stage races.

Tulsa itself is surprisingly liberal… at least in comparison.
I used to live pretty close to cry baby hill. What a blast! One year I drank a bunch of moonshine and red bull and had good Ole time.
