Is this bike worth it?

Hi All!
I’m starting to train for a triathlon and am in need of a bike. I’ve been borrowing a 2007 Trek 5000 but need one of my own and was wondering if this seems like a decent deal, or if this bike is any good to begin with. It’s a 2015 Felt AR3 that is listed for 1200 but the seller offered it to me at 1000. The information in the picture was provided from the seller. I don’t know too much about bikes and their specs so does this look like a good deal? Should I get it or should I wait and put my money elsewhere?
