Saw this bike laying on the side of the road missing most of it's parts. Thought nothing of it, but when it was still there the next day I figured I'd look at it. Turns out it is a 1992? Rockhopper. Frame is in decent shape! Wheel is missing spokes. Shifter and brake cables all need to be redone. I felt a bit awkward grabbing it, but it wasn't locked up and just dumped there missing parts. I checked the S/N on the bike databases and it's not marked as stolen. Pretty sure someone just dumped it as garbage. Should I send it?
