If it’s the right size and she can get comfortable on it, it’s a good price for the spec. Just bear in mind that it’s definitely more aggressive and race oriented than a lot of entry level bikes, and you really don’t want to be too stretched out or have too much of a drop to the handlebars when you’re just getting started with riding. You can change the position somewhat with a different stem, but probably not much before you’d have to lengthen the cables which isn’t exactly easy with hydraulic brakes.
