  1. If your lung condition is medical and your stamina cant improve after more miles then it might be a good option. Is it really worth double the money eh i doubt it but its probably one of the more affordable e-bikes right?

  2. Get the bike that makes you excited to ride it and spend time outside!

If that’s an ebike because of a medical condition, then so be it.

  3. If an electric gravelbike means that you get out more, enjoy the ride and also get some exercise it sounds like it’s the perfect bike for you. In general I’d recommend a “normal” one but with a medical condition it’s a different thing.

  4. Just stick with a non electric bike! Switch the crank set for a smaller one or install a bigger cassette in the back (I use hex 400 2×10 46/30 11/40 goatlink) The first two month will be hard but after that , your body will adapt and you will be able to do better and you’ll be stronger! Just keep up! Try with little mountains, find your rhythm , don’t compare to others. And most importantly try a cadence around 80-90. I also have a medical lung condition which did not leave room for improvement but with the right will power I could achieve my goals
