Bought a used bike and switching it from tubeless setup to tubes. It had some Muc Off tape that was peeling off anyway, so I removed that. Do I need to put down new tape or is this ready for tubes? Newer to biking. A little bit lost.
Ready for tubes. Tape for tubeless, but unlikely that that wheel is officially compatible.

Why would you change back to tubes? If you really do want to switch back all you need is the red rim tape.

That is rim tape for tubes

That WTB “solid strip” is intended for use under tubeless rim tape – the purpose is to prevent the tubeless tape from sagging into the holes. You can just run tubes on top of that with nothing else, but if you wanted to go back to tubeless you’d need to add tape on top of it.
Those wheels are definitely tubeless ready. I’m not sure why others are saying they aren’t.
