  1. Twist your body !! Whip yourself fast with the turn ! But shit I’m like 40now idk if my body will even snap quick like when I was 17-18 plus if I fall the time down and recovery ❤️‍🩹 it’s not worth it for me lol 😂

    I would practice actually learning to pedal back in fakie on a cassette or roll back on a freecoaster. What youre doing is good practice but not really practical to doing a 180 and landing it

  3. Find a slight incline and fakie downhill. Freecoasters are good for dialing in your balance. I like cassette for more techy half/full cab stuff because of pedal pressure.

    Find an easy slope instead of doing it on flat.
    More importantly- don’t worry about it, just have fun.
