You can loosen the line a bit to give it some more room. Just be sure to test your brakes thoroughly! Im sure you could find an informative video on how to do it on Youtube. You have what are called caliper brakes.
You can loosen the brake cable a bit
Adjusting v brakes is fun !!
Go to youtube, search for Calvin Jones + “whatever”.
If it’s touching the rim then loosen them.
