Here are a couple of ideas for where to hide an AirTag in your Madone. I wasn’t excited about the 3-D printable, externally mounted options (ie Blendr mount or under saddle) so I did a little bit of exploring on my new to me ‘19 Madone.
The first location is under the ‘cap’ just forward to the stem. It actually fits perfectly here and despite the second photo making it appear that it doesn’t fit – it actually does without crushing the AirTag (the cap was not fully tightened in that photo). You could just see the white from the AirTag peeking through, once it was fully tightened. I had some second thoughts about that area being exposed to sweat and moisture so I ended up putting it in the other location (last picture). It’s just zip tied to the battery and di2 cables, within a bit of duct tape, for now. I’m sure I could design something to 3-D print and affix it more “cleanly” but I don’t know if it’s worth the effort. As long as it’s not moving around or making noise, it should be fine. Out of sight out of mind, right?

Ingenious. A guy at my LBS told me the airtag’s range was drastically reduced by contact with metal. Might want to experiment with range, too.
You do know that a potential thief who has an apple device can detect the AirTag, right? AirTags are designed more for finding things you’ve lost rather than things that have been stolen.
