Today I adapted my Ortlieb Downtown QL 2.1 to the Brompton front rack using a rack frame from eBay (40x25cm, ca. 25€), some aluminium dibond, and small pipe clamps. I didn’t change anything on the bag and used only the holes that were already drilled for the Ortlieb mounting system.
I will paint everything black later but this way it is easier to understand how I did it.

I went to my local tailor and asked them to sew a canvas panel on the back of [my messenger bag](https://imgur.com/a/iOb6jSg).
However, the bag needs a laptop inside to give it enough rigidity to keep it from drooping onto the front tire.
