Just swapped out the cockpit and seatpost, added a Surly 8-Pack 2.0 rack and Wald 137 (will switch to Manivelle soon for more storage space), and put on a saddle I agree with more. Next up will be upgrading the drive train to 11-speed with more range in the back, some more supple tires, and more silver blingy bits. Considering ditching the 700c wheel set this bike came with used in favor of 650b with 2.2” rubber, but don’t want to lose the dynamo so may need to save up for that. Everything so far has come from FB Marketplace and hoping to keep it that way.
