rudlfo on August 18, 2025 2:05 pm I have CF 7 Di2 with VCLS seatpost and it is a nightmare. It keeps squeaking no matter what I or Canyon partner shop try.
Constant-Wrongdoer on August 18, 2025 2:08 pm On some of the cheaper models, yes. All the CF SLX and CFR models still have it and some of the CF models as well.
nightfend on August 18, 2025 2:11 pm I’ve thought about replacing mine with a lighter carbon post. I don’t really need that extra flex. The large tires are enough.
searich1982 on August 18, 2025 2:21 pm Good riddance if true. I JB Welded my seatpost pieces together so the seat angle doesn’t drift on me.
hundegeraet on August 18, 2025 2:32 pm It’s a question of budget. It has the ultegra group and carbon wheels. They’ve saved some value by adding a standard seatpost and cockpit
dopethrone on August 18, 2025 2:35 pm It wasnt a good design Mine slipped a lot Dirt got in between the blades and needed a lot of maintenance I have a roval terra and its better + redshift post for even more hardcore terrain
