Sharing some photos of my mini cargo bike build. I built this up from an old Giant mountain bike, a BMX fork, and some other parts (including some 1" square steel tubing).
It rides surprisingly well given my amateur welds. I prefer the look without the basket but for work and grocery commutes having a basket can't be beat.

Nice work! How did you extend the original headtube downwards? Looks like just a section of tubing or pipe welded to the bottom of the headtube?
Get a chance to weigh it?
