I have a pair of Wolber rims from around 1989. On each wheel, one side of the hub has this yellow-ish tone while the other side is mostly silver. What is the recommended way of cleaning these parts?
Depends on what’s causing it to be that color. But I would start with Dawn power wash and a brush.

Kinda looks like oil deposits/old grease. If detergent doesn’t work you could try a citrus based solvent like Goo-Gone. After that if you want them to shine get some Simichrome polish.
