Hey there. I recently ordered a Canyon Endurace Allroad (arrives end of September) in 2XL and would like to hear your opinion on sizing. According to Canyon I am in-between sizes (198cm with 96,5cm inseam) so both XL and 2XL were recommended, see pic. I chatted with a guy from the Canyon community on their homepage and he recommended to size up to 2XL. Do you think that makes sense? FYI: This will be my first “proper” dropbar bike for training – I was riding a Kona Sutra 58 (2022) and a Votec VRX in XXL before and both were ok, but also very upright, whereas a once tested Surly Crosscheck in 64 felt very long.

It appears you are looking for bike fitting help. Please make sure you post as screenshot of the Canyon size chart for your bike, with your point in it. See [this example](https://imgur.com/a/ALUfXyy)

I have a nearly equal height/inseam, I bought an Endurace and Grizl, both XL. Prior to buying them I had a professional bike fit done, both sizes would probably fit. However, he told me to ideally get a bike on the smaller side, both as it’s easier to fit/adapt the geometry and as it looks better (too large looks goofy)
