an update and I am not happy about this video whatsoever and these constables that detained me that pulled me over stopped me check my details and then detained me five minutes later around the corner now I am not happy with the grounds of search and I honestly believe this is an unlawful detainment now personally myself I don’t really like putting civil claims in but on specific occasions when I when I deem necessary I will 100% for the cble claiming and on this occasion I’m 100% going to put a civil claim in against these corrupt officers so we’re going to break it down and I want you to listen to what these have got to say and also when the offer officer that deter me in the first place and what she had to say I’m going to an you just some on all right bur in vle in the area tonight problem off off not a problem the reason is description was somebody wearing a mask and you were wearing the mask so the Constable states that the grounds of search is that there is a number there has been a number of burglaries and vehicles broken into in the area and the reason for the search is because the person was wearing a mask and I’m wearing a mask now what was I doing out at 4:00 in the morning well I woke up early cuz I was getting ready for a day of filming in Nelson I went to the garage got some coffee and also got some Tobacco on the way home I seen some police vehicles I got stopped at the bottom of the street which we are going to which we are going to see and then also stopped 2 minutes later in the estate I’ve been F I was moving away from car yeah all right I’m just literally been stopped at the bottom officer have youbody um a female colleague yeah it’s okay that she SE or did she no I seen her at the bottom of the let go check my pocket officer I’ve got baky on there yeah you’re right I’ve got the coffee in the other side I get that I’ve not done anything wrong officer can I can assure you that can I have your call number anyway yeah I’ll sort all that out with you you just been shuy you obviously got your stuff there and you if if just them for a list did the Constable just docks his own colleague’s name there then did I just hear the name live correct me if I’m wrong but that did definitely not sound beginning with a t as if for just hold them there for a sec she’s literally just done a PNC check at the bottom she check she check my CLA and everything like that and she said come back listen to me we don’t know that cuz we’ve only just come no that’s fine but what I’m saying is as a resident this estate it’s on here where they’re doing all the breakings and stuff so at 4:00 M you w stopping people when no that’s fair D and the only reason why I’ve got this mask on because I’m riding the back and disc called officer I have literally been Gage can check their CCTV yeah yeah that’s uh that’s good enough for me so this is where the constables grabbed into search the front section of my jacket where my phone was located unfortunately it fell down a little more um as he’s been searching in the the pocket has like flipped back over so it went to a blank screen um I have rectified that now so this will never happen again but we can still hear everything that’s going on and I would like everyone to still listen to everything that is said and to comment you comment below this is to it’s okay CH all right here is the female conable that literally just stopped me at the bottom of the road stating he he’s after a Chase I have to literally ride up the road and go around the corner to my house and then she states cry on as in crack on with the search knowing downn well she’s literally just um radioed through about my description and let me go and then states that I was being ay with her which I clearly wasn’t which we’re all around the corner and then use the pull reason no it’s not for no reason explain why so the Constable then states he told me the reason why what because there was Burger is going on in the area and somebody was wearing a mask when the Constable sat right beside you right now clearly did checks at the bottom and let me go he sat there at the second and he’s telling you to crack on so who’s in the wrong there and also off YouTube channel you you do Tik toks so yeah you do Tik toks don’t you bless a conable crook no just YouTube nowadays love just YouTube I don’t do the Tik Tok no more but YouTube I’m not going to be stupid come on you all right we got an A understand obviously maybe wrong timeing for me i’ already advised you that before didn’t I what I do you know obviously i’ been to the I’ve been to the shop and Lord of us about you know we’re on with a job so why why would you distract us from that but I so here the cocky Constable says well why would you distract us from doing that basically our work which clearly I haven’t she pulled me over at the bottom of the road let me go I had to walk up that road or ride up that road to go to my home and then I got pulled off the other two constables she stood there right now and can clearly say I have already dealt with this guy is not a problem seeing a bit so she’s the one wasting her own time and then trying to stay trying to pin it on me absolute Karen didn’t come in har you or anything like that I come chasing you down my I’m iing you down my camera I haven’t sto line I seen a couple of officers the other night stop you if you’re in this area meanwhile they out there breaking into a car right now with you so conable crook had a valid point just there but she didn’t have a leg to stand on because she states that because of something going on in the area and I’m in the area that they’re going to pull me but the colleague who stood right next to you literally pulled me at the bottom End of the Road 2 minutes prior and literally can easily stay at any moment in time that he’s not a problem I’ve already dealt with him so when she states that she sat here dealing with me and the burglar could be out there doing whatever well blame your cocky attitude that absolute cocky Caren for wasting time and police resources in the first place not to mention I live right there literally right there thank you look Constable I went to the garage at the wrong time and he States not really no whilst coughing me and detaining me on lawfully for no reason whatsoever and his reason being that there is burglaries in the area and somebody is wearing a mask where PC Constable attitude didn’t say that whatsoever when she did a checks and let me go at the bottom of the road how funny or how ironic is that when somebody’s out causing bloody trouble you know seen I recogniz your you understand what I’m saying though and I start with you before and then we start with you while we are out actually trying to find somebody Constable attitude again well if she did her job correctly when pulling into the estate stating to the constables that I’ve already um seen this guy he’s all right you could have been literally out on the way doing the job that they’re supposed to be doing absolute Joker I don’t know but this is really so on a on a serious note you got to admit we’re doing a good job tonight aren’t
