It is smooth as butter in '+', but all 3 speeds make this sound at different frequencies on '-'. I don't think it's the pedals, chain or hub for this reason. I can see gaps on the chain pusher both sides so I don't think it's rubbing. Hoping it's just a setup issue, like something knocked out of alignment in transit. I got this pre setup from a delivery order from a bike shop. Any ideas much appreciated!

Okay, this might be linked to the exact issue I had about two hours ago on my 12 speed C line. I called the bike shop that sold it to me and they said that it’s an adjustment that needs to happen to the rear Sturmy archer hub. I have a video on YouTube Which I linked below which sorted it right out. Mine was a 12 speed rather than a six speed so perhaps need to adapt for that so no guarantees but wanted to share in case it was right.
